What an amazing experience!!! My sales rep was Victor, he made my car buying experience incredibly smooth. I did the majority of everything via online and via phone; when I arrived, I test drove the car I wanted, it drove smooth. Victor was easy to understand! He was honest about everything I needed to qualify, down to just speaking about everyday life. My anxiety was through the roof, due to previous experiences with getting cars that caused me issues for years. So far, the car runs great; rides like a new car! Some minor issues, but that goes to be expected when purchasing a used car. I would recommend Unique Auto!!!!

From the test drive, paperwork & the handing over the keys. It was a smooth & quick process. Not to mention the fact that our daughter’s car was washed & cleaned right in front of us as we completed and finalized the paperwork. I purchased my first car ever from DFW auto and I must say it was a great and very smooth experience. I looked for a very long time for the perfect car and almost every dealership I visited were either trying to sell me a car with issues or inflated the price an or had horrible customer service. And after driving my car for almost 2000 miles, I must say I have found my perfect car. At DFW auto it felt from the very start that they prioritize their reputation and make it a point to make sure their customers have a good experience. The sales rep Victor was very nice and represents the dealership very positively. I bought a pickup truck here. The staff were friendly and informative. They were not pushy and offered genuine advice. After I purchased the vehicle I had an issue with one of the electronic motors on the driver seat and although they had no obligation to help me, they took a look at the issues and fixed it at no additional cost. Overall a great dealership to work with and buy from.
